SELLER:

LISTINGS:
You will be able to ask for whatever price you think your item/s is worth. Please be aware that a 10% seller's listing fee will be added to the price you're asking, and that a further 15% buyers commission will be added to the final amount. This may push your overall price too high and put potential clients off purchasing or choosing someone else's item. It is highly recommended that you work your pricings out from the final figure backwards, this might mean that you don't get the price what you where looking for, but it does mean that your item is sold.

Should you sell your listed item/s through another medium, such as Classified Adverts, Auction, eBay etc, it will be the sellers responsibility to notify the Walt Disney Exchange as soon as possible so that the Walt Disney Exchange can remove listed item/s.  

TIPS ON LISTING: 
When listing your items it might be worth adding a few notes, e.g. "Comes Boxed and Complete with Certificate of Authenticity" or if the box has a small tear, ripped tab or it has faded, it might be worth mentioning and this will undoutably reflect in the price. 

ITEM/S BEING SOLD:
It will be the seller's responsibility to make sure that the item/s being sold with the Walt Disney Exchange is exactly what is listed and that the item is in mint condition and has the relevant certificate and box.

NOTES:
It may be wise to add a few details when listing your item/s with the Walt Disney Exchange, such as e.g. "Year Production Mark" - "Butterfly" or if there is slight fading or damage to the box. This would then be expected to reflect in the price.  

SHIPPING:
It will be the seller's responsibility to ship the sold item/s to the Walt Disney Exchange covering the postal charges and relevant insurance cover to cover the value of the item/s whilst being shipped.

RETURNS:
Should an item be shipped to the Walt Disney Exchange that is rejected for not being up to standard, the seller will be immediately notified and it will up to the seller to pay the return shipping costs.  

FEES AND COMMISSIONS:
The Walt Disney Exchange will take a 10% listing fee from the seller and a 15% commission from the buyer.

CHECKING:
It will be the responsibility of the Walt Disney Exchange to check all sold items before forward shipping to the buyer.  

RETURNS:
It will be the responsibility of the Walt Disney Exchange to arrange the best way to return any unwanted or broken item/s from the buyer, as long as the conditions for the buyer have been adhered to. 

ITEM/S BEING BOUGHT / PURCHASING:
It will be the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that upon purchase of any item/s the buyer has paid for shipping and the relevant insurance cover to cover the item/s during shipping.

COLLECTION ONLY:
Some items maybe marked up "COLLECTION ONLY", this will mean that the Walt Disney Exchange deem the item to be too fragile to ship via any postal service or courier. Anyone wishing to purchase an item that is marked up in this way, can collect their item from Castle China, 13 Jury Street, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 4EH, UK.

COMMISSION:
The final purchase amount shown on your receipt will include a 15% commission charge, postage and extra insurance cover will be added after.   

CHECKING:
It will be the buyer's responsibility to check the bought item/s thoroughly and notify the Walt Disney Exchange within 3 working days of delivery if they are unhappy with the item/s or if the item/s arrive/s broken. 

PAYMENTS:
The Walt Disney Exchange will take full payment including shipping / insurance at date of purchase.
The changes will be held by the Walt Disney Exchange for the time stated above to give the buyer chance to check their purchases.
If the Walt Disney Exchange is not notified within 3 days and the item not returned to the Walt Disney Exchange within 10 days after delivery, the Walt Disney Exchange will then deem that the purchase is satisfactory and the payment will be made to the seller.
Once the seller's payment transaction has been made by the Walt Disney Exchange the sale of the said item/s will be deemed final.
