Replacement Items

Each case will be looked at separately.

SELLER:

If an item turns up broken at the Walt Disney Exchange, it will be up to the seller to claim on the shippers insurance and pay for the return shipping of the broken item, should they want the item back or the Walt Disney Exchange can despose of the broken item.

BUYER:

Our policy regarding replacements is this:

The Walt Disney Exchange will always allow 3 working days following the delivery to approve a piece. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, simply contact the Walt Disney Exchange within this time

Since all items are checked by our staff, we will be happy to replace an item once only, after this we will only offer a refund. Being that many of our items were massed produced, the Walt Disney Exchange cannot guarantee things that are beyond our control such as how a piece was painted or the colour hue.

As mentioned, as a brokerage, our responsibility is to ensure that all purchases maintain their full secondary market potential.

  
The Walt Disney Exchange will arrange with you the best way of returning the item, and either replace the item in question or offer a full refund (your choice).
