SELLER:
Should an item be shipped to the Walt Disney Exchange that is rejected on inspection for not being up to standard or that arrives broken, the seller will be immediately notified and it will up to the seller to pay the return shipping costs and to claim for the broken item on the shippers insurance.
BUYER:
The Walt Disney Exchange will always allow 3 working days following the delivery to approve an item. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, simply contact the Walt Disney Exchange via email within this time.
If you wish to return a piece, you have 10 days from the date you received the item to return it.
Please ship the piece addressed to: The Walt Disney Exchange, c/o 13 Jury Street, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 4EH, UK.
The Piece must be sent back insured for the full purchase price of the piece with a reputable carrier. Once the piece is then received back to us in the condition it was sent out in with the original box and the C.O.A's, A full refund for the purchase price of the piece ONLY, will then be issued back to the original form of payment.*We do not reimburse for the shipping charges incurred*
We accept items returned at your expense upto 10 days after the date you've receive your order. A full refund of your cost of the merchandise will be issued.
NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS accepted after 30 days!Our policy regarding replacements is this:
Since all items are checked by our staff, we will be happy to replace an item once only, after this we will only offer a refund. Being that many of our items were massed produced, the Walt Disney Exchange cannot guarantee things that are beyond our control such as how a piece was painted or the colour hue.
As mentioned, as a brokerage, our responsibility is to ensure that all purchases maintain their full secondary market potential.
